Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Jason became a co-owner of Bangkok Thai, an iconic Thai restaurant in Atlanta that has delighted patrons since 1977. As a co-owner, he ensures that the restaurant remains true to its heritage, offering authentic Thai cuisine that captivates the senses and transports diners to the vibrant streets of Thailand.

In May 2023, Jason embarked on a new venture, co-owning and opening Snap Thai Fish House, a coastal-inspired restaurant in the heart of Buckhead. Featured in Eater Atlanta, The Atlanta-Journal Constitution, and Atlanta Magazine, Snap Thai Fish House brings the flavors of Thailand's seaside to landlocked Atlantans. With a focus on fresh seafood, including coldwater lobster and a variety of sustainably caught fish, the menu showcases Thai-inspired flavors crafted by Chef Pattie Lawlertratana.
